  1. What criteria will you be using to judge change in campus culture. In other words, what cultures will you be changing? Will you have multiple changes or are you just judging one culture change?

  2. I see that you are measuring the culture, but I don't see WHAT YOU are doing/using to affect CHANGE in the culture. Are you using a program or change in rules and then checking the data to see if it changed the culture? If so, it's not in the plan. It just appears that you are interviewing and observing without doing something to see if it helps the culture change.

  3. I will be comparing to my last campus. Moral was bad, yet all surveys done by admin everything was running perfect. I will getting help from another teacher that is also working on her leadership masters a UTEP
